Anthony Stachula serves as Operations Manager / IT, supporting Nia Imani Family’s day-to-day systems and infrastructure to ensure programs operate effectively and with care.

Jocelyn Jaraczewski serves as the Family Support Case Manager at Nia Imani Family, working with residents to identify appropriate goals, further develop life and parenting skills, and working towards transitioning into long-term independence and housing.

Niah Hobbs manages the boutique with a focus on empowerment, mentorship, and real-world experience for the participants. She work closely with the women to develop practical job skills they can carry into future employment, while building confidence. The boutique offers affordable clothing options for the community while spreading awareness to our mission.

Matt Deisinger serves as Communications Manager, supporting Nia Imani Family’s mission by stewarding clear, consistent, and values-aligned messaging that connects community, partners, and supporters to the work.
