Who We Serve
- Young mothers ages 18–25
- Pregnant or parenting a child age 5 or younger
- Experiencing homelessness or housing instability
- Ready to participate in a structured, goal-focused program
Referral Process
How To Refer A Client
1. Confirm immediate safety: If the client is in crisis, connect them to emergency resources first.
2. Review eligibility: Confirm age range, parenting status, and readiness for long-term transitional housing.
3. Submit a referral inquiry: Use the form below or contact our intake team.
4. Client completes application: The client will be invited to complete our formal application when appropriate.
